Delete any task related to WINTRANS.EXE. Disable unknown tasks with random names.

STEP 6: Clear the Windows registry from WINTRANS.EXE virus.
Press Win+R, type in: regedit.exe and press OK.

How INETFILTERSVC got on your computer?
